Once your order has been placed (local drop offs) we will send a ready for delivery text however once we arrive to your location you MUST come outside ASAP to get your order if were waiting more than 15mins your purchase will be left in the mail box. ANY LOCATIONS 25+ mins away from the West Babylon area must spend $70 or more.

Standard shipping within the US could take approximately 3-4 business days depending on where you're located shipping outside the US could take approximately 5-7 business days

All other wholesale items processing time will be 5-10 business days OR LESS !​

processing time and shipping are completely different processing time is the turnaround time for us to complete your order WEEKENDS ARE NOT COUNTED Priority shipping is 1-3 business days with USPS is the time frame you should receive your order WHEN IT SHIPS if you do not receive a tracking number days after your order was placed then your order has NOT been shipped out yet. If you would like for us to rush your order ( 1-2 business days ) please contact us & we will send over a $50 invoice fee.

TheeBarbzCollection IS NOT responsible for ANY lost OR damaged items / packaging all orders are secured safely before we ship. It is completely out of our hands once we ship your order YOU MUST REPORT TO CARRIERS FACILITY IF YOU COME ACROSS ANY PROBLEMS. If you track your package and the package says delivered, but you have not received it you will have to take it up with United States Postal Service
